Times story is better written: ‘It’s ugly out there’: Rail thefts leave tracks littered with pilfered packages, and there's a corresponding Twitter Moments collection that doesn't add much beyond a 10-second clip. Interesting that a substantial time lag seems to have persisted between the initial group moving out and others going in behind them in to pick the sites clean of items with decent resale values. |
