William: Thank you for the car numbers. I assume that you were a passenger on that train. No, I was not. I just simply observed the train at one station, 86th Street-2nd Avenue, and taking my cellphone images there capturing solely #3360 at the north end going NB at 4:02pm, SB at 4:13pn. Fully packed train as I had witnessed that afternoon, so there was no need for me to take a ride inside it. The run was between Brighton Beach and 96 Street-2 Avenue. Is that correct? Absolutely correct, despite the side signs being set for the uptown designation of 57th Street-7th Avenue. The countdown clocks confirmed the 96th/2nd-Brighton Beach "Q" routing, and I was there at 86th-2nd between 3:15pm and 4:15pm. -William A. Padron ["S1/S2-1202"] |
