'If a few more of these large-scale apartment buildings are constructed along the Culver the MTA will have to consider restoring 'F' express service. This building alone could add 1000 riders to the 'F'.'

Are you a rider on the F? The limitations of the terminal capacity preclude additional service to Stillwell Av (that's why alternate F trains end at Kings Highway). 1,000 additional riders = one more train at the most. I'm not understanding this obsession/wishful thinking for express service along the Culver - the level of ridership doesn't warrant it.
