Brooklyn either.Brooklyn NEEDS the new lines,especially a new north south route. There are ROWS available to make that happen, and owned by the very agency(MTA) in charge of our rail system. We need new modes 9f transport, and reinventing the MTA to accommodate it Changing ridership is the way to do it. |
