All R38 Door frame posts are 100% stainless steel, compared to R32 door frame posts that had painted door frames with an aluminum cover that was screwed onto the painted door frames beginning at the top seat, and up to the top of the doorway.Compared to previous Revenue cars that had shorter versions of the door frame covers, except R10 thru R15's which had only painted door frames. Rebuilt R32's for some odd reason had either all painted or all stainless steel door frame posts when they were returned from GOH. |
