Not true.That section of tunnel has Not been used as of yet. Only as far as 99th st,or the end of new construction. The tunnel IS CONNECTED TO THE NEW ROUTE for sure, but it's usage is limited to lay ups..the tunnel up to 105th st is trackless..only because they want room to work as far as the expansion is concerned. |
