Looks like it would run just like the Keystone/Pennsylvanian trains from NYC backing out of 30th, up through Zoo, but from there take the West/South side CSX line up along the expressway

Where's the connection?

If you actually make the North Philly station good, and start dropping Philly-bound Amtrak customers there

Huh? Who's going to travel to a desolate neighborhood?
