The Chrysler building is at 42nd and Lex. Looking SOUTH from the el at about 47th St and 3rd it would be on the right as it is in picture B, and it takes only half the block between Lex and 3rd.My office looked straight at that side of the building. I've got time lapse video of the building's shadow being cast on the PanAm/MetLife building. I'd have to look for it. You could only see it at the winter solstice for a few weeks before and after. |
