First of all, its about the Hell Gate Bridge approach over the GCP & not the bridge itself we're talking about. Now you want to re-route the BMT Astoria Line OVER that approach to get to LGA?? If I'm reading that right...theres o Effin way that will happen. Besides, Amtrak which owns the ROW there would never sign off on that idiotic idea. |
