They call them Human Capital offices in places now.The issue is, there are many levels of things that need to be do to contain and stop the virus. NY's MTA is probably last on the list of doing almost anything, unless this has changed in the last 9 months since last years dismal performance. Now we want to go straight to vaccinations as being the end all be all, but it takes a lot of measures. The US is being lazy. |
