It looked like that the GCT platform and the side walls on the west end may had been extended, particularly on track 4. I did not see much of a difference for track 1.The dispatcher's office is gone, and the exit stairway for Madison Avenue is extended and placed literally where Track 3 was. The switch between 1 and 3 to move trains in and out is also gone too. Also, all GRS-built signals along the line were replaced with new CBTC-ready signals from Alstom. It will be ready when the new R-262's will ever be used on that line though in the future. -William A. Padron ["GCT"] |
