I think they had planned to build an underpass going from the new corridor to the unused corridor running under the north side of 42 St and have a mid block shuttle entrance there. They could use the track 2 space for stairs and an elevator going down to the underpass to clear under track 4, then other stairs and elevator to the north side corridor and street entrance. |
