Especially given there now is actually an entrance to the GC portion of the Shuttle on 42nd west of Madison towards 5th Avenue, so it would not even be one avenue block.Then you could transfer to all three 42nd Street stops on the (7) within fare control as well as any other subway line on 42nd and walk from 3rd Avenue and 42nd to 8th Avenue and 40th or 44th within fare control and continue through Port Authority to 9th Avenue and 40th. |
