Yes, and I would be looking to revive that as part of lengthening all of the Franklin shuttle platforms to 600 feet and two tracks.

Part of that would also be longer-term to connect the Franklin Shuttle to the existing portion of the Myrtle Avenue Line that remains for a new Myrtle-Brighton line that ALSO would include connections from such a line to the Broadway-Brooklyn line for operational flexibility, especially in an emergency.
