Omitting lots of things and failing to mention things I never thought of in the first place. I wasn't trying for a complete list by any means.In general, I think bike lanes should be assessed in terms of how many people they transport in the busy hours of the day. I'm impressed by the bike lanes on First and Second avenues in Manhattan; they are very busy. I'm much less impressed by some others. |
