Moses was UNofficially in charge of eveything and bossed around every mayor. That's why the MTA was created - there was no other way to get rid of him and Rockefeller at the state level had to do it.I already told you East Bronx IND was stopped even though it was funded and needed for the Shore Pkwy. |
