"Pittsburgh is a fun traction city."I know. I've been living in the area for a few years now & have been falling behind in my picture taking. Its also a great railfanning area for NS heavy freights in and out of nearby Conway Yd. At the Pittsburgh Amtrak sta. they fixed it up real nice for the four trains that pass thru there. At platform level, its not all that unusual for a long heavy freight to be passing by right across the platform from a loading or unloading "Pennsylvanian" |
