Nassau-Culver subway service began at about 12 Noon on 11/26/1931. At about the same time/date all Bay Ridge and Culver el trains running over 5th Ave were terminated at the High St (Sands St) loop. I heard that there had been special summer service from Park Row to Coney Island, prior to 1935, but I have never found anything about it. |
