And in Manhattan also, there is a Broadway Terrace, a very short street in my former home neighborhood of upper Washington Heights. The one-block stretch is between West 193rd Street and Fairview Avenue, and it does parallel to Broadway.

I can say this now...the apartment building that I had lived on Broadway (from September 1966 to June 1998), next to the Fort George post office, opened in 1930 as the "Broadway Arms".
