Then why has the liberal press given the Santa Clara extension that nickname, eh? The SF Chronicle and SJ Mercury News both use the nickname.

You have a very odd knee-jerk compulsion to defend some of the worst godless leftists in this country's politics. That is called wasting your life. What gives rise to this compulsion of yours?
