It’s doubtful at this point that the IND plan fo Utica will ever come to fruition since S 4 St ends at Union Ave and any subway extension would have to either go under private property or else buildings demolished to through route S 4 St the way 6 Av in Manhattan was done. It’s doubtful that the city or the MTA would be able to exercise any sort of public domain to make that happen. |
