Well, now that we have all masturbated over the posibilities let the LION offer the suggestions of him.

1. No new subways in Brooklyn at this time.
2. Set up express bus service (with big bendy buses
ROUTE KH = Bay Ridge Parkway, East to Kings Highway, to Eastern Parkway
ROUTE FH = 99th St FHP north, thence NE to Greenwood Cemetary, then east on Caton Ave to east on Linden Blvd to S Conduit to thence north on Springfiled Blvd to Grand Central Parkway.

These buses would be free on the assumption that most people will have to pay for their ride once they get to a subway station.
