I agree, Union Square is a stretch. Unless someone arrested there had been chased to that location from inside the Capitol, those cases are gonna be flimsy.In fact, the Capitol South Metro station puts you just outside the Rayburn Wing of the Capitol. I understand people got picked up in that area, too... |
