I just find it curious why it gets wider at Carroll Street and not at Lefferts Avenue. The housing south of Carroll Street appears to have have been mostly built in the 1920s and later, like the housing between Eastern Parkway and Carroll St. It’s the housing north of Eastern Parkway that is older. |
