Ouch! That's messed up. Try to see if you can get some legal representation on this matter.These days, the authorities are getting more and more particular about photo taking on transit - they don't want anyone "casing" out the place. Here its the same thing: you gotta be very discret when taking shots of the NYC Subway and even NJT - a number of poster (me included as of 4 weeks ago while on the M&E) have had their warnings and what-have-you about photo shots. |
