I love your pictures and the others who post them in here and other web sites. I admire your work and really apreciate them.However, do you remember September 11, 2001? The world has changed forever because of it. There is a actual chance that future terrorist attacks can happen again in this country. Governments and police must be vigilent to prevent it from happening again. Many of you curse, rant and rave because of these changes, but the truth is the world has changed. Maybe several years down the line rules and exceptions will be made, its nothing against you but its reality! Salaam I truly enjoy many of your pictures and while in this country police departments are told not to "profile" its impossible not to do, especially once the officers found out your name. If it was a white man taking pictures and he to had a muslim name I'm sure he would have been questioned also. You know that your picture taking was solely for pleasure and hobby, take that with you to the bank, we know your not a terrorist. |
