Probably, but there are seats off to the side and a ticketed waiting area. I haven't been there ,so don't know if they are one in the same.But remember, this is a vanity project, not a well designed passenger concourse, and the concept master-minded by Senator Moynihan's daughter, who thinks she was Jackie Kennedy saving Grand Central. Philly 30th Street, Montreal Central, and Washington Union have seating right where you line up, while Amtrak loves to make people stand in line. Single width escalators are another design flaw. What station rebuilding and refurbishments did MTA have to shelve when their capital budget was raided for this ? |
