How many times does it have to be hammered into the heads of many railfans that going towards downtown Bkln as in the photo, is railroad NORTH and towards Metropolitan is railroad SOUTH. The track numbers base on the BMT/IND chaining system with odd numbers as southbound and even numbers as being northbound bear this out!!!!Calm down ! I was stating the photographers view south.
