I went through the Academy with Metro North, and LIRR recruits, along with City and Housing recruits. Back then, LIRR was only NYS, METRO NORTH was NYS and CONN. The NJTP patrolled Metro North's NJ sections. I think it's still the same, except now the former LIRR and SIRT police members, after merging with Metro North PD, also gained Conn. |
