I'm not sure how did it in the 60's through 90s, probably filled out time sheets, that the boss had to approve. Later on at other office jobs, there was a reader at the front door lobby, you beeped in and out, including if you left for lunch, which I did because I was so close to home. If you did not leave for lunch, they knew to deduct the allowed lunch period from your daily time. |
