Determine if there is a market, get the funding, get the equipment, negotiate with Amtrak. I don't think Wilmington and Newark, DE is Mecca for Baltimore and DC commuters. Evidently, the case is not strong.During the nearly two decades I have lived in the Sand Box there has been talk of extend SEPTA and MARC to Newark and even a proposal to extend SEPT to Dover. Biden's silence on the matter has been deafening. John in the sand box of Maryland's eastern shore. |
