I was an extra list T/D around the time the French Connection scenes were being shot and when I was working Met, they were using Myrtle for some of the scenes. Although the crash scene was supposed to be on the West End Line it seems that the Yd/Mast at CIYd couldn’t guarantee that a clean train of B Line R-42s would be available after each day’s AM rush, so the movie crew got what was there which includes cars signed for the N the day the main crash scene was shot. |
