Also, if I recall, service is still operating as normal just without passengers. Considering the amount of workforce as well, it should be back soon. Definitely music venuesare key, I went to Barclays Center and the majority of the train back to Manhattan were attendees of the concert, most of the train was singing - an amazing ride! A question does raise though, does anyone know how costly is it to operate OPTO during those times? Is there a special rate on top of the similar night differential? Thinking that may be one argument of the agency. Eliminate OPTO & the 3 to 42nd, possibly extend the Bx99 and B99 to cover the 5 & A and streamline the rest of the lines being the B, C, W, and Z do not operate. |
