If the trains had continued to 168 St with no shuttle bus I could see how a splice would have made sense, but people were used to transferring to the bus at Queens Blvd, so short distance further west to 121 St wasn't that much more of an inconvenience. All the spice would have done would have been to benefit the few people who used the Metropolitan Av and Queens Blvd stations. |
