I'm against sending ESA down to FBA because 3rd Av between 34th and Chatham Sq is not where commuters are trying to get to.I assume you would also be against extending the SAS south of 63rd St for the same reason. There would be only 2 stations. The midtown station would be at 42nd St, with a moving walkway to Park Ave to connect to the subway. The downtown station could be on Water St between Fulton and Wall Streets. |
