My grandparents lived at 95 eastern parkway which is right across the service road to that entrance. I had not been back to that neighborhood since 1974 till last year when I noticed the entrance was gone. I was kicking my brain saying I knew there had been an entrance, but did not find it. I am really curious when it closed.On another topic related to that station if anyone is following OMNY installations that station is now the only one on the IRT not equipped. I figure it will be activated very soon. |
