Not just the fleet, but the entire system!It was Appalling to watch. WHY did It take A MAJOR SLAP TO THE FACE ONE VERY COLD DECEMBER MORNING WITH ALMOST HALF THE FLEET DOWN, RED TAGS EVERYWHERE... I Remember one winter storm, the Entire Brighton line was out from 7th Avenue,all the way to Coney Island for an extended period of time. Why? Snow! SNOW!😑 |
