Between 80th and Rockaway Blvd,the C Did operate for a number of years.Until the line was "consolidated" into what we have today, it went to SEVERAL DIFFERENT TERMINAL depending on the time of day. Confusing.. Today's C line is basically the Local A,allowing the Main line to skip stations. Won't SAVE you anytime, but it sure looks like it does. |
