I think this is much more likely. That LIRR 3rd track will be immensely useful once we're back to normal.Depending on how badly the NYC population and local commuting patterns are hit, we may see revival for that plan to turn the Montague into a LIRR tunnel to create a lower Manhattan terminal. |
