Posted by IRTRedbirdR33 on Mon Jul 6 09:21:19 2020 Tuscarora Almanac - July 6, 1971 - The Book of First Runs Manhattan, New York Port Authority Trans-Hudson Corporation PATH opens a new terminal in lower Manhattan known as the WORLD TRADE CENTER. It is located about one block west of and at a lower elevation than the old HUDSON TERMINAL which was closed on July 2. The first train into the new terminal ran on Tuesday, July 6.
