I think that most of us can agree on that one- I hope! Like the IND Utica line, south of Kings Hwy, there is a high water table under Pitkin, east of Euclid Ave. These plans were shelved because of the engineering requirements, Unification costs (acquisitions & demolitions) and WW2. |
