The book you're referring to is titled "Subway to the World's Fair" by Kramer (don't have the author's first name or publisher info. at hand right now). You can probably find it at the second hand book website - abebooks. Or possibly a lone copy might turn up at either of the Transit Museum store or its GC annex.Kramer also wrote a book on the buiding of the Independent subway - same publisher. Both titles softcover. dimensions 8&1/2 x 11" or 9 x 11" At nycsubway.org there is a webpage about the IND World's Fair branch spur with contract drawings.
