Close subway terminals? He's crazy.It's probably been posted here before, maybe more in depth on Off Topic chat, but it's a sad truism that the policy of releasing people from mental hospitals that started decades ago, has not worked. And this is one of the most significant reasons there is such a large homeless population. These people cannot care for themselves and belong in hospitals where they are looked after and receive appropriate medication. |
