Not if they wanted to make the tunnel disappear....Simple repaving..resufacing..New sidewalks...removeal of any traces of subway work can be done. Look in upper Manhattan..The sidewalk vents for the SAS are filled in..and if you didn't know about it ALREADY,you would've never known there was a tunnel under the street. |
