LOL, and how would they do that (effectively and safely)?similar to random bag checks policy? just give NYPD the green light to stop and question random riders and then ticket them. And if they're lucky it will escalate to a felony arrest. If government and law enforcement agencies see a way to enforce, they'll do it! |
