Also for the Fifth Avenue Association 50th Anniversary in 1957, there was also a new 1957 NYCTA GM TDH-5105 bus #7000 in all gold.
Also Fifth Avenue Caoch redid a GM TDH-5104 in gold and aquamarine exterior with matching vinyl gold and aquamarine upholstered seats inside. A beauty!

I've yet to see photos of these buses.

Maybe one day.
