Yesterday as in APRIL 7. But there is the paperwork to make sure no employee gets 2 masks in the same week.LOL at the paperwork. Closing down some of the terminals such as Utica on the 4 and consolidating service would have also helped. That works. I think they were quicker to shorten A and C trains than Lexington Lines but the 2 train tragedy happened as all this was impacting the system. |
