I'm guessing for the pandemic, ridership levels, proximity to other stations, and essential services/businesses located atcertain stations or transportation centers. Another change: starting tomorrow, SEPTA police will be stopping riders to determine why they are on the system, and enforcing mask usage on all SEPTA vehicles, and at all SEPTA stations. Only essential travel is permitted, and no one may board a train, trolley, or bus without a mask, nor be on SEPTA property without one. |
