There is a suction in that stretchThat would indicate a lack of vents. Note that the tracks run under the west edge of a Central Park lake, and then curve to run under a hill which is 100 feet higher than the topography at 110th Street, so a lack of vents is not surprising. I only questioned whether the lack of vents was due to flooding issues. |
