Unless the reports of the arsonist being arrested is true

I'd prefer to wait for the fire marshal to investigate the fire or more precisely the fire damage.

It's quite possible that an arsonist set other fires but not this one. It's quite possible that it is arson. There's no need instant analysis.

There should be an investigation on why there was so much damage. Also, on how toxic the smoke was.
